Device Storage notice (cookies and similar)

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't let advertisers track you on Mangia Senza.
We do store a small amount of information in your browser, so the site works and remembers your choices. The law allows this without asking you first, as long as we explain it clearly. For your preferences, the law also requires us to give you an easy way to say no.

None of these is sent to advertisers, and none contains your diet or reaction answers.
Anonymous visit statistics
We count things like pages viewed, searches, filters used and places opened. We use this to improve Mangia Senza and to produce anonymous statistics. We do it without cookies, without storing anything on your device, without your IP address and without any identifier, and times are kept only to the hour. Raw events are deleted after 13 months; only combined daily totals are kept. Your diet and reaction answers are never included.
You can switch this off with "Don't count my visits" below. If you do, your browser stores a small note of your choice (ms-no-analytics) so we remember it. We also send nothing if your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on.
Other companies
- Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may use its own cookies on Google's websites, under Google's cookie policy. We don't load Google's sign-in until you choose it.
- Maps. MapTiler and OpenStreetMap send map images to your browser. They receive your IP address to do this, but they don't set cookies through Mangia Senza.
- Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address but doesn't set cookies.

- Don't count my visits: use the switch below.
- Forget my preferences: use the button below. It clears everything above except your sign-in session and your visit-counting choice.
- To remove everything, sign out, then clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Changes
If we change what we store, we'll update this notice and the date at the top.
We count visits anonymously to improve Mangia Senza and to produce anonymous statistics. Switch this on and we won't count yours.
